Although we are using a new system, there are still FOUR steps required to complete registration:

📌 STEP 1: Attend the Parent Informational Night

📌 STEP 2: Complete the Pre-Enrollment. 

       Please note: To access Pre-Enrollment, you must attend one of the information nights.

📌 STEP 3: If your child is admitted to Cali, you will receive a welcome letter with instructions for the next step—creating and completing your student’s registration in the WUSD Aeries Portal.

📌 STEP 4: Submit all required paperwork in person
(Yes… even if you’ve already uploaded it twice!)

1. Proof of Your Child’s Age and Identity
Provide a birth certificate or other acceptable documentation.

2. Immunization Records
Please submit your child’s current immunization record.

• You do not need to be fully up to date at this stage.

• A physical exam and dental exam will be required before the first day of school. 
  Forms:

  • Health Examination for School Entry

  • Oral Health Assessment Form / Formulario de evaluación de salud dental

3. Proof of Residency
Provide any TWO of the following documents showing the parent/guardian’s name and address:

• Mortgage bill or payment receipt

• Rental contract, lease, or payment receipt

• Utility service contract, statement, or payment receipt (cell phone bills are not considered utilities)

  • Electricity

  • Water

  • Internet

  • Gas

• Lottery System: Most enrollment is determined through a lottery.

• Priority Considerations: Preference is given to:

  • Children of CCLA and/or WUSD District staff members

  • Siblings of current CCLA students (brothers and sisters only)

Important: You will only enroll through Aeries once your student has been accepted.

About Aeries Online Enrollment:
Aeries allows you to quickly begin registering a new student by entering important information such as:

• Emergency contacts

• Previous school information

• Home language

Once completed, this information is sent electronically to the school.

Getting Started:

• To register a new student, click the “Enroll a New Student” button below.

• To review or reprint information for a previously enrolled student, click the Login button.

Documents You’ll Need to Upload:

• Birth Certificate

• Two types of Proof of Residency (e.g., water bill, utility bill, mortgage statement)

• Most recent Immunization Record

If you are unable to upload these documents online, you will need to provide them in person at the school office.

Tips & Timing:

• The online process typically takes 20–30 minutes.

• If you cannot finish in one session, you can log out and resume later.
