GOVERNING COUNCIL
What is Governing Council?
Governing Council, sometimes referred to as Site Council, is a group of teachers, staff and parents that meets once a month to drive continued school improvement and is responsible for creating the annual Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) and giving voice to ideas that might not have been considered before. Committee members are elected for a 2-year term. Meetings are public, members may vote.
