Youth GONA (Gathering of Native Americans) 🌿

Sonoma County Office of Education (SCOE) Behavioral Health & Well-being Department and the California Indian Museum and Cultural Center are excited to invite Sonoma County youth in grades 7–12 to a special Youth GONA experience!
A GONA is a culture-centered gathering that creates a safe and supportive space for learning, connection, and wellness. Participants will explore meaningful themes such as belonging, mastery, interdependence, and generosity, while sharing and experiencing Native cultural knowledge.
This is a wonderful opportunity for students to:
- Connect with peers
- Celebrate Native culture
- Support personal and community well-being
🕤 Time: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (each day)
📍 Where: California Indian Museum and Cultural Center
👥 Who: Sonoma County youth in grades 7–12
Note: Students under 18 must have a guardian signature on a field trip form to attend.
